Phoebe Bruce

PhD Student

Phoebe is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at Tel Aviv University, working under the supervision of Roni Porat and Jori Breslawski. She holds two honors degrees from Tel Aviv University: a multidisciplinary BA in Psychology and Israel Studies, and an MA in Political Science. Since October 2024, Phoebe has also been a member of Roni Porat’s Inequality and Social Change Lab at the Hebrew University.

Her research interests include theories of conflict, political violence, and intergroup prejudice, and her current work examines the psychosocial predictors and mechanisms that drive public support for mass violence.
