CHANGING SYSTEMS, NOT JUST MINDS
Studying prejudice where it happens: in real life
Interventions that address both individual attitudes and group dynamics are at the heart of this work. Using hands-on methods in the field, the focus is on finding practical ways to reduce prejudice and violence - and to build stronger foundations for belonging, equality, and inclusion.

I focus on how groups treat and understand each other in order to live better, together.
By combining insights and methods from multiple disciplines, I design and test real-world interventions in the field. This interdisciplinary, hands-on approach helps build an evidence base for lasting social change.
